What we collect to give you a quote
The device details and condition you choose, and your ZIP code to check same-day eligibility. We don't need your name, email, phone number, or IMEI to show a price.
What we collect when you ask us to contact you
If you request a reply, challenge an offer, or sell a phone, we collect the contact details needed for that purpose and tell you why when we ask.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to save your quote progress for up to 7 days. Optional analytics will only run if you agree, and you can change your mind at any time.
Retention
Unfinished quote drafts expire after 7 days. Contact details for inquiries that don't become a sale are deleted after 90 days. Records of completed purchases are kept as long as payment, fraud-prevention, tax, and legal obligations require.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information through the contact page. Some transaction records can't be deleted immediately when the law requires us to keep them.
Security
Quote and transaction links use long random keys. Full IMEI numbers are never stored in plain text, and customer contact details are never shown on public pages.
