Quotes
Online quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for 14 days. The final price is confirmed after inspection.
Ownership
You must own the device, have the right to sell it, and turn off Activation Lock before sale. We don't buy devices reported lost, stolen, or financed but not yet paid off.
Inspection differences
If inspection finds a different condition, we'll present a revised offer with the reason. You can accept it or ask for the device back.
Payment
Payment is sent after inspection and is complete only when our payment provider confirms it.
Price challenges
We review competing offers in good faith but don't guarantee to match or beat every offer.
